Uptown Alley – Wednesday Evening Bike Ride

Bike Winnipeg and Bourkevale Community Bike Ride

To celebrate Bike week, The Bourkevale Community ride will be joined by members of the Bike Winnipeg community. Tonight we’ll ride through the slow roads of our neighbourhood and connect with the Empress active transportation trail to get us to Uptown Alley for a treat. We’ll then take the St Matthews bike lane, west to Berry, where we’ll head south to our neighbourhood. Along the way we’ll talk about the different types of infrastructure we encounter and how it can support local businesses.

Slow roads (30km/h), separated bikelanes, paths shared with pedestrians, designated bike path (Separated by paint).
